REGUPOL ballistic
Do you have any questions about our REGUPOL ballistic safety flooring and elements for shooting ranges ? We are sure you will find an answer here:
REGUPOL ballistic FH45 is a seamless safety flooring system for indoor shooting ranges. The flooring system has been developed to safely absorb projectiles and reliably prevent ricochets in the floor area. It consists of REGUPOL elastic panels, which are coated on site with a special polyurethane coating. This creates a closed, seamless surface for use in indoor shooting ranges.
REGUPOL ballistic FH45 is suitable for indoor shooting ranges where a safe, durable and easy-to-clean floor is required. The flooring has been tested for impact resistance against various calibres and offers protection against ricochets. In addition, the system meets requirements for slip resistance, fire behaviour and electrostatic properties, and holds a general building authority approval. REGUPOL ballistic FH45 has been used successfully worldwide for decades by police, the military, special forces, security companies, commercial operators, hunting clubs and sport shooters.

A seamless safety floor reduces the risk of unburned propellant residues or dirt accumulating in joints.
With REGUPOL ballistic FH45, the closed PU wear layer prevents unburned propellant from penetrating into joints and potentially igniting there. At the same time, the surface is easier to vacuum and wet clean.
| Advantage | Benefit for operators |
|---|---|
| Seamless surface | No open joints where dirt or powder residues can accumulate |
| Easy cleaning | The floor can be vacuumed and wet cleaned |
| Slip resistance R10 | Supports secure footing on the shooting range floor |
| Flame-retardant | Fire classification Bfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1 / EN 9239-1 |
| Ballistically tested | Tested for various calibers |
| Refurbishable | Surface can be resealed; partial areas can be repaired if damaged |
| Design options | Colors, markings, and logos are possible |
| Installation by REGUPOL | Installed by qualified in-house specialists |
| Special features | Custom technical solutions available |
Cleaning depends on the level of use and the degree of contamination of the shooting range. Loose dirt should be vacuumed or swept away; afterwards, wet cleaning can be carried out. Cleaning agents suitable for routine and deep cleaning are available as part of the system. These, along with cleaning instructions, are included in the basic equipment.
The surface of REGUPOL ballistic FH45 is durable, waterproof, slip-resistant, and seamless. This prevents propellant residues and other contaminants from penetrating the surface.
Yes. REGUPOL ballistic FH45 can be refurbished and repaired. Individual bullet impacts and damage can be repaired by users/operators using a repair kit.
In the case of long-term wear or more extensive damage, the floor usually does not need to be completely replaced. Instead, it is sanded and recoated (retopping). This can also be carried out on partial areas.
REGUPOL ballistic E43 is an elastic safety panel designed for use in shooting range facilities. It is primarily used for wall and ceiling cladding, in bullet trap systems, and on baffle structures.
The material reliably prevents ricochet and deflection in both indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, REGUPOL ballistic E43 can be used flexibly for multiple-use scenarios.
Typical applications in training facilities include:
Wall and ceiling cladding in shooting ranges
Bullet trap systems
Baffle structures
Loading and unloading areas
Weapon cleaning areas
Ballistics laboratories
REGUPOL ballistic E43 offers several advantages:
- Reliable ricochet prevention due to its elastic material
- Durable
- Quick and easy installation, with simple replacement of individual elements
- Weather-resistant
- Reduction of shooting noise
- Homogeneous material quality
This makes the system particularly suitable for modern training centers, such as government and military facilities.
