Oldest athletics event in Italy on REGUPOL
The Palio Cittià della Quercia is the oldest athletics event in Italy and problably in the world. To provide the athletes with a top quality surface for this and further competitions, REGUPOL has been appointed for the renovation of the stadium´s athletics track. More than 8000 m² of REGUPOL champion AG bicolor flooring cover the World Athletics certified facility. The new sports surface has been applied directly on top of the properly prepared and processed older one.
Renovation of a running track: We've got it covered
The REGUPOL champion AG track surface was realized by gluing directly to the underlying surface a specially formulated prefabricated REGUPOL pad which was then finished with a poured, self-levelling polyurethane coating that was sprinkled with EPDM granules to create a seamless, waterproof surface.

The icon Berlin Blue colour is the same of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, and it’s the same surface used for training by world´s fastest man Usain Bolt, who is testimonial to REGUPOL. So it's safe to say REGUPOL champion AG is a tried-and-tested surface for champions as much as for everyday training.
