Its superior shock absorption and traction make it ideal for strength work, plyometric drills, and conditioning sessions. To further enhance performance, custom REGUPOL crash platforms are seamlessly inlaid into the floor, creating safe, impact-ready zones for Olympic lifts and explosive training.
